Delegates may book accommodation when registering to attend the Conference using the Online Registration Form.

Specially negotiated accommodation rates have been secured for conference delegates on-site at the hotel.
Standard room NZD $189.00 or approximately AUD$170.00 per room per night
A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. These card details will be provided to the hotel to confirm the reservation but delegates are required to settle their their account directly with the hotel on check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s accommodation deposit on your credit card upon confirmation of the reservation.
Change of Reservation
Should you wish to amend your accommodation reservation once it has been made please notify Conference Works in writing or by email, not the hotel.
Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received in writing pior to the booking commencement.
Cancellations received 7-14 days prior to arrival at the hotel will incur a cancellation penalty of one night’s accommodation.
Cancellations received with 7 days of arrival at the hotel will incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of the accommodation booked.
Check In/Check Out Times
Check-in time at the hotel is from 2pm onwards. Check-out time is 10am.
