Tēnā koutou katoa – Welcome to you all

On behalf of the conference organising committee it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 7th biannual Multidisciplinary Sexual Dysfunction Conference on May 14th and 15th of 2016. Fittingly we are holding it this year in Tamaki Makaurau or “Tamaki of a thousand lovers” (the Maori name for Auckland).

The conference will once again have a broad range of keynote and workshop presentations that relate to the multidisciplinary treatment of sexual dysfunction and the enhancement of sexual health and well-being.

Keynote Speakers

We are delighted to announce that this year our keynote presenters will be:

Dr Eli Coleman, Director of the Program in Human Sexuality at the University of Minnesota. He is a world leading authority on issues including compulsive sexual behavior, sexual orientation, and gender dysphoria.

Dr Russell Shuttleworth and Dr George Taleporos, researchers from Deakin University who are leaders in the area of sexuality and disability.

About the Conference

Now in its fourteenth year, the conference brings together doctors, therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and other health professionals to share information and innovation in the treatment of sexual dysfunction and the fostering of sexual well-being. The mutli-disciplinary aspect is part of what makes this conference so useful and engaging.

Known for it’s warm, collegial atmosphere, the conference is notable for only having one stream of high quality presentations. So you never miss anything, we all are part of the same conversation and the whole experience is cohesive, both socially and educationally.
